Coverage Options
Foremost provides personal Umbrella coverage in excess over primary underlying policies for exposures. These are a few of the coverages provided under our Umbrella policy.
- Liability — Coverage up to $2 million above the limits on the underlying auto and homeowners coverage for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage for which the insured is held legally responsible, including that arising out of the use of owned personal watercraft and recreational motor vehicles.
- Defense — Coverage for defense costs if a lawsuit is brought against the insured for damages because of bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage caused by an occurrence or offense covered by the policy.
- Additional Expense Coverage — In addition to the limits of liability, coverage is included for expenses for a covered claim or suit Foremost is obligated to defend. This includes premiums on required bonds and reasonable expenses you incur in assisting in the investigation or defense of a covered claim or suit.
